How the VIP Program Works

How the 918kiss Ori VIP Points System Works

Many players ask — "how do I move up the VIP tiers?" The answer is simpler than you'd expect. At 918kiss ori, every bet you place is automatically counted by our system toward your cumulative monthly betting total. No forms to fill in, no emails to send.

Once your monthly betting total reaches the next VIP tier threshold, the upgrade happens automatically — typically within 24 hours of hitting that threshold. You will receive a notification in the 918kiss ori app as well as a confirmation email.

One thing to keep in mind: your VIP tier is maintained for a full month after each upgrade. This means that even if your wager dips slightly the following month, you'll continue to enjoy all the benefits of your current tier throughout that period before any reassessment takes place.

  • Automatic upgrades — no manual application required
  • Cashback is credited every Monday for the previous week
  • Monthly bonuses are credited on the first day of each month
  • All games — slots, table games, Live Casino, sports — count together

The VIP Member Experience

What It Actually Feels Like to Be a 918kiss Ori VIP Member

For most players, being a VIP member isn't just about cashback or bonuses — it's about feeling genuinely valued. When you join Gold tier or above at 918kiss ori, you'll notice the difference from day one.

Your withdrawals are processed ahead of the queue. Your personal agent remembers your gaming preferences and will notify you when relevant promotions come up. If a technical issue arises, you won't need to wait in the general support queue — your matter is prioritised.

Diamond members enjoy an entirely different level of experience. Imagine receiving a personal call from your agent on Hari Raya, complete with a special greeting and exclusive bonus. Or getting an invitation to an exclusive sporting event — watching a local football league match from the VVIP zone, or attending a nationally recognised esports event. These aren't standard promotions — they are meaningful recognition.

At 918kiss ori, we don't want you to feel like just another number in the system. We want you to feel like a valued guest who truly deserves to be treated that way.

Upgrade Guide

The Fastest Way to Level Up Your VIP Tier at 918kiss Ori

No secrets here — these are the strategies our experienced players use to move up the tiers faster.

1
Play Across Multiple Categories

All wagers across slots, table games, Live Casino, and Sports Betting are counted together. Mix up your games to accumulate wager totals faster while enjoying more variety at the same time.

2
Make the Most of Deposit Bonuses

First deposit bonuses and weekly reload bonuses add credits to your balance at no extra cost. More credits mean more wagers counting towards your VIP tier upgrade.

3
Play High-RTP Tables

Games like Blackjack and Baccarat, with an RTP of nearly 99%, let you play longer with the same bankroll — the longer you play, the more betting volume you accumulate toward your VIP tier.

4
Check Your Progress Regularly

Track your VIP tier and progress through the "VIP Profile" section in the 918kiss ori app. See exactly how much more you need to level up — so you can plan smarter.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions About 918kiss Ori VIP Rewards

We've compiled the most frequently asked questions about our VIP program.

Not at all. The 918kiss ori VIP Program operates on a fully automatic basis. Once your monthly betting total reaches a tier's threshold, our system detects it and upgrades your account within 24 hours — no forms or manual applications required on your end.

Cashback is calculated based on your net loss for the week, not your total betting volume. The cashback percentage corresponds to your current VIP tier. Credits are calculated weekly and deposited into your account every Monday between 9am and 12pm. There are no rollover requirements on this cashback.

Your VIP tier is maintained for a full month after an upgrade. After that period, the system re-evaluates based on your current month's activity. If your betting volume falls short of retaining your current tier, you will be dropped by only one tier — not all the way back to Bronze. This gives you room to recover without losing all your benefits at once.

Yes, all game categories on 918kiss ori are counted cumulatively — including slots, table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), Live Casino, poker, Sports Betting, and virtual sports. Regardless of which games you enjoy, every bet contributes towards your VIP tier progress.

Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members have a dedicated personal VIP agent reachable via a WhatsApp or Telegram number provided upon upgrade. These agents operate during Malaysian business hours (9am – 11pm), but for urgent account or withdrawal matters outside those hours, a 24/7 support system is in place to assist you.

Withdrawals can be made via all Malaysian local payment methods we support: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks), Boost, and ShopeePay. VIP members enjoy priority processing — withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes depending on your VIP tier.
